All EARN partners comply to the EARN Quality Standard.

  • Prompt Response – contact with the referring firm within 24 hours at the latest from the time of reception of the referral
  • Strong cooperation with the referring firm for the benefit of the client
  • Providing detailed explanation of the client’s objectives to the firm that will be handling the case
  • Confirmation that there is no conflict of interest
  • Providing reports or an online account to keep the client/referring firm informed of the activities
  • Securing and segregating all collected assets from those of the operation of the law firm
  • Disbursing all collected assets to the client a.s.a.p.
  • Jointly responding to national invitations to tender
