The European Accounts Receivable Network (EARN) has grown: Recently the law firms Room Avocats from Paris and Tollers LLP from Great Britain are among the network partners.

Room Avocats is a full-service law firm established in 2006 with headquarters in Paris and offices in Lausanne and Clermont-Ferrand. A team of experienced lawyers offers highly qualified legal services in the areas of recourse and insolvency proceedings. In addition, the law firm works in numerous other areas of law and represents clients from a wide range of industries both domestically and internationally.

Tollers LLP is also a full-service law firm with longstanding roots. Founded in 1887, Tollers is now one of England’s leading regional law firms with 7 offices and around 130 employees. Tollers is divided into two separate departments: “For Business” and “For You”. The former provides services to companies of all sizes in a range of legal fields, while the latter provides services exclusively to individuals. Tollers’ highly qualified lawyers specialise in insolvency and corporate restructuring, contract, commercial, finance, banking and employment law, among others, and have many years of experience with both national and international companies.
